Coco de Mer Sale and Auction

On Saturday April 22nd the Seychelles Parks and Gardens Authority(SPGA), in collaboration with Gran Kaz Seychelles and the Kenwyn House Art Gallery organised a Coco de Mer Sale and Auction, which attracted a generous crowd. The event which began at 9.30am to 1pm was surely a success being the first collaboration between the two entities.

The biggest attraction of all was the triple lobed Coco de Mer on Auction. As the auction began at 10.30am, led by sworn auctioneer Mr. Will Prosper, 5 bidders eagerly awaited to get their hands on this unique nut, however, the highest bidder of the day was Mr. Steve Khambatta.
