Eco‑Friendly Donation Strengthens Conservation

Last week, our team based in the Veuve Special Reserve on La Digue, warmly received a battery‑powered bicycle - a generous donation from the Chinese Embassy in Seychelles through our parent ministry( Ministry of Environment, Climate, Energy, and Natural Resources).

This eco‑friendly addition will greatly support the day‑to‑day operations of the Reserve, helping us move efficiently while reducing our environmental footprint.

The donation is a meaningful step toward strengthening ongoing sustainability practices on La Digue, ensuring the long‑term safeguarding of our fragile environment. With this new resource, our team is committed to making effective use of the bicycle in service of conservation.
